I kdy\u017e nejsou vylo\u017een\u011b zdrav\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 (nep\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00ed ve zhoubn\u00fd n\u00e1dor), jsou nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, proto\u017ee naru\u0161uj\u00ed harmonii obli\u010deje a obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b se odstra\u0148uj\u00ed. Jsou zt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00edm letn\u00edho paradoxu: hon\u00edme se za snem o dokonal\u00e9m op\u00e1len\u00ed, abychom se nemusely l\u00ed\u010dit, a nakonec se mus\u00edme skr\u00fdvat pod siln\u00fdmi vrstvami make-upu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skvrny od slunce vznikaj\u00ed v d\u016fsledku nadm\u011brn\u00e9 synt\u00e9zy a hromad\u011bn\u00ed melaninu. Tento pigment se nedok\u00e1\u017ee rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozprost\u0159\u00edt ve v\u0161ech oblastech k\u016f\u017ee, a proto se koncentruje na n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u00edstech, kde vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed barevn\u00e9 zm\u011bny. Skvrny od slunce se v z\u00e1sad\u011b d\u011bl\u00ed do dvou skupin: melasma a sol\u00e1rn\u00ed lentigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Melasma a chloasma.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Melasma postihuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u017eeny s tmavou plet\u00ed ve v\u011bku 25 a\u017e 40 let. Projevuje se hn\u011bd\u00fdmi nebo \u0161ed\u00fdmi skvrnami na m\u00edstech obli\u010deje, kter\u00e9 jsou vystavov\u00e1ny slunci (\u010delo, horn\u00ed ret, nos). V l\u00e9t\u011b se tyto skvrny v d\u016fsledku v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho vystaven\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00edm paprsk\u016fm zesiluj\u00ed a \u010dasto spl\u00fdvaj\u00ed. Nadm\u011brn\u00e1 tvorba melaninu je vyvol\u00e1na v\u00fdraznou hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed stimulac\u00ed: \u010dasto je zp\u016fsobena dlouhodob\u00fdm u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm antikoncep\u010dn\u00edch pilulek. Stejn\u011b tak postihuje i t\u011bhotn\u00e9 \u017eeny, a to od \u010dtvrt\u00e9ho nebo p\u00e1t\u00e9ho m\u011bs\u00edce t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed; v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se tento stav naz\u00fdv\u00e1 chloasma. Stejn\u011b jako melasma je tento stav vyvol\u00e1n hormon\u00e1ln\u00edmi faktory a projevuj\u00ed se jako d\u016fsledek slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sol\u00e1rn\u00ed lentigo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jsou to velk\u00e9 a nepravideln\u00e9 skvrny, kter\u00e9 se objevuj\u00ed na obli\u010deji, ramenou a z\u00e1dech ve v\u011bku 50\u201360 let. Zat\u00edmco pihy pozorujeme na mlad\u0161\u00edch tv\u00e1\u0159\u00edch v letn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch a pot\u00e9 miz\u00ed, lentigo z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 i po skon\u010den\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a jeho odstran\u011bn\u00ed vy\u017eaduje dlouhou a n\u00e1kladnou l\u00e9\u010dbu. Nav\u00edc je ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pihami jednozna\u010dn\u00fdm znakem st\u00e1rnut\u00ed a \u010dasto nen\u00ed snadn\u00e9 odli\u0161it tyto skvrny od sta\u0159eck\u00fdch skvrn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nejlep\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak se vyhnout pigmentaci, je chr\u00e1nit se p\u0159ed sluncem.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00da\u010dinn\u00e1 preventivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed proti \u0161kod\u00e1m zp\u016fsoben\u00fdm slune\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm \u0161et\u0159\u00ed \u010das, pen\u00edze a emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed stres. Zde jsou uvedena nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je t\u0159eba zav\u00e9st, a to v po\u0159ad\u00ed podle d\u016fle\u017eitosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Slunci se vystavujte pouze p\u0159ed 12:00 a po 16:00.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Slunce m\u00e1 dvoj\u00ed povahu: je \u0161t\u011bdr\u00e9 i nemilosrdn\u00e9. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nau\u010dit se vyu\u017e\u00edvat jeho p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 p\u016fsoben\u00ed a chr\u00e1nit se p\u0159ed jeho stinn\u00fdmi str\u00e1nkami. V\u00edme, \u017ee slune\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed je rizikov\u00fdm faktorem vzniku melanomu \u2013 n\u00e1dorov\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee. A proto\u017ee UVA z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed pronik\u00e1 hluboko do k\u016f\u017ee, zp\u016fsobuje tak\u00e9 jej\u00ed st\u00e1rnut\u00ed: je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou vr\u00e1sek a slune\u010dn\u00edch skvrn, sni\u017euje pru\u017enost k\u016f\u017ee. A proto: abychom se vyhnuli st\u00e1rnut\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9mu slune\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm, mus\u00edme omezit denn\u00ed pobyt na slunci na dv\u011b hodiny a v nejnebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010das od 12:00 do 16:00 se p\u0159ed sluncem schovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158ekn\u011bme si to jasn\u011b: na\u0161e t\u011blo nem\u016f\u017ee \u017e\u00edt bez slunce. Pot\u0159ebuje ho k produkci endorfin\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro na\u0161e emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed zdrav\u00ed, k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b mnoha dermat\u00f3z, jako je lup\u00e9nka, seboroick\u00e1 dermatitida a akn\u00e9, a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm k produkci 90 % vitaminu D, kter\u00fd st\u00e1le v\u00edce pot\u0159ebujeme pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee \u017eijeme a pracujeme v interi\u00e9ru. Tento atypick\u00fd vitamin (ve skute\u010dnosti steroidn\u00ed hormon) je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm regul\u00e1torem metabolismu v\u00e1pn\u00edku a fosforu, a proto jeho nedostatek m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit n\u011bkter\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed: l\u00e1mavost kost\u00ed, cukrovku 1. typu, autoimunitn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, dokonce i rakovinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nezapom\u00ednejte tedy na to, abychom sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu zajistili denn\u00ed pot\u0159ebnou d\u00e1vku slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed bez rizika, dbejte na to, abyste nep\u0159ekro\u010dili dv\u011b hodiny p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho pobytu na slunci, a nezapom\u00ednejte pou\u017e\u00edvat ochrann\u00e9 prost\u0159edky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Chra\u0148te se p\u0159ed sluncem vhodn\u00fdm oble\u010den\u00edm a klobouky.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed lini\u00ed ochrany poko\u017eky p\u0159ed slune\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 no\u0161en\u00ed ochrann\u00e9ho od\u011bvu. Nen\u00ed n\u00e1hodou, \u017ee m\u00f3da oble\u010den\u00ed vybaven\u00e9ho ochranou proti slune\u010dn\u00edmu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed je na vzestupu a zna\u010dky od\u011bv\u016f za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u011bt indexy jako UPF &#8211; ochrann\u00fd slune\u010dn\u00ed faktor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praktick\u00e9 a jednoduch\u00e9 doporu\u010den\u00ed zn\u00ed: kdy\u017e jste na slunci, sna\u017ete se nosit bavln\u011bn\u00e9 tri\u010dko, nejl\u00e9pe modr\u00e9 nebo \u010dern\u00e9. Zah\u0159eje se d\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e b\u00edl\u00e9 tri\u010dko, nebo\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bji pohlcuje z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, a zabra\u0148uje tak jeho \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed na poko\u017eku. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edt tri\u010dko na sob\u011b, kdy\u017e jdete do vody, t\u0159eba i s kloboukem. Toto opat\u0159en\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b va\u0161emu zdrav\u00ed poslou\u017e\u00ed: voda odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed a zvy\u0161uje jeho intenzitu. \u0160koda jen, \u017ee UPF mokr\u00e9ho tri\u010dka je polovi\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud jde o klobouky, je lep\u0161\u00ed zvolit klobouk se \u0161irokou krempou ne\u017e b\u011b\u017enou k\u0161iltovku, kter\u00e1 nech\u00e1v\u00e1 u\u0161i a krk nezakryt\u00e9. Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jsou tak\u00e9 slune\u010dn\u00ed br\u00fdle, zejm\u00e9na ty s klapkami na o\u010d\u00edch. A pokud se v\u00e1m zd\u00e1, \u017ee j\u00edt na pl\u00e1\u017e zcela oble\u010den\u00ed nen\u00ed zrovna stylov\u00e9, v\u017edy m\u016f\u017eete vyu\u017e\u00edt toho nejstar\u0161\u00edho opalovac\u00edho kr\u00e9mu na sv\u011bt\u011b: st\u00ednu slune\u010dn\u00edku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Zvolte si ochrann\u00fd faktor SPF vhodn\u00fd pro va\u0161i ple\u0165.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ochrann\u00fd faktor opalovac\u00edho kr\u00e9mu nebo spreje ud\u00e1v\u00e1 jeho schopnost blokovat slune\u010dn\u00ed paprsky. Spr\u00e1vn\u00fd ochrann\u00fd faktor z\u00e1vis\u00ed na typu va\u0161\u00ed pleti. Osoby s fototypem b\u011blocha (sv\u011btl\u00e1 ple\u0165, zrzav\u00e9 vlasy) mohou pot\u0159ebovat velmi vysokou ochranu (SPF = 50+), zat\u00edmco osoby s tmavou nebo \u010dernou plet\u00ed mohou pou\u017e\u00edt nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ochrann\u00fd faktor (SPF = 6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takov\u00fd v\u00fdpo\u010det bohu\u017eel nelze prov\u00e9st matematicky, proto\u017ee SPF ud\u00e1v\u00e1 ochranu proti UVB z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd index pro stupe\u0148 ochrany p\u0159ed UVA z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm, kter\u00e9, jak dob\u0159e v\u00edme, je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou vzniku skvrn od slunce. V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b jsou v\u0161ak t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161echny v\u00fdrobky \u0161irokospektr\u00e1ln\u00ed a jsou schopny poskytnout ochranu p\u0159ed ob\u011bma typy slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Abyste se spr\u00e1vn\u011b op\u00e1lili, sta\u010d\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvat zdrav\u00fd rozum: b\u011bhem prvn\u00edch dn\u016f u mo\u0159e nan\u00e1\u0161ejte opalovac\u00ed kr\u00e9m s velmi vysok\u00fdm ochrann\u00fdm faktorem. Jakmile se op\u00e1l\u00edte a va\u0161e k\u016f\u017ee z\u00edsk\u00e1 p\u0159irozenou ochranu, m\u016f\u017eete postupn\u011b sni\u017eovat ochrann\u00fd faktor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nezapome\u0148te se namazat opalovac\u00edm kr\u00e9mem alespo\u0148 30 minut p\u0159ed pobytem na slunci a pot\u00e9 alespo\u0148 ka\u017ed\u00e9 dv\u011b hodiny. A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b po ka\u017ed\u00e9m plav\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. P\u0159ipravte svou poko\u017eku na opalov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoc\u00ed dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy a spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch potravin.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Abyste p\u0159ipravili poko\u017eku na optim\u00e1ln\u00ed reakci na slune\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvat dopl\u0148ky stravy. Chcete-li p\u0159edej\u00edt vzniku skvrn od slunce, m\u011bly by dopl\u0148ky stravy obsahovat flavonoidy, jako je resveratrol, lutein a lykopen, kter\u00e9 p\u016fsob\u00ed antioxida\u010dn\u011b a proti st\u00e1rnut\u00ed. K optimalizaci p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dinku slune\u010dn\u00edch paprsk\u016f m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edvat dopl\u0148ky stravy na b\u00e1zi tyrosinu a karotenoid\u016f skupiny B, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed aktivovat melanin a posiluj\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9 ochrann\u00e9 mechanismy poko\u017eky. V\u0161echny tyto dopl\u0148ky jsou k dispozici ve form\u011b kapsl\u00ed nebo tablet a je vhodn\u00e9 je za\u010d\u00edt u\u017e\u00edvat alespo\u0148 dva t\u00fddny p\u0159ed odjezdem na dovolenou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro p\u0159\u00edpravu poko\u017eky na opalov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159izp\u016fsobit i svou stravu. Zelen\u00e1, \u017elut\u00e1, \u010derven\u00e1 a oran\u017eov\u00e1 zelenina (mrkev, \u0161pen\u00e1t, hl\u00e1vkov\u00fd sal\u00e1t, \u010dekanka, \u010dekanka, paprika, raj\u010data, jahody, t\u0159e\u0161n\u011b a meru\u0148ky), vla\u0161sk\u00e9 o\u0159echy, mandle a l\u00edskov\u00e9 o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky jsou obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b cenn\u00fdmi spojenci.
