Dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta se v\u011b\u0159ilo, \u017ee jedin\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm prost\u0159edkem jsou l\u00edcn\u00ed implant\u00e1ty. N\u011bkter\u00e9 televizn\u00ed divy si to mysl\u00ed st\u00e1le a po dlouhodob\u00fdch absenc\u00edch se znovu objevuj\u00ed na ve\u0159ejnosti se zbrusu nov\u00fdmi l\u00edcn\u00edmi kostmi, kter\u00e9 se lesknou jako pingpongov\u00e9 m\u00ed\u010dky. Krom\u011b t\u011bchto exces\u016f, kter\u00e9 se \u010dast\u011bji d\u011blaj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e pro kamery ne\u017e pro pot\u011bchu fanou\u0161k\u016f, dnes p\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed konzervativn\u00ed logika \u2013 tedy p\u011bstovat si l\u00edcn\u00ed kosti, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m dala p\u0159\u00edroda. Proto st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji d\u00e1v\u00e1me p\u0159ednost v\u00fdpln\u00edm na b\u00e1zi kyseliny hyaluronov\u00e9, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed nav\u00edc tu v\u00fdhodu, \u017ee jsou m\u00e9n\u011b invazivn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obli\u010dejov\u00e1 gymnastika a automas\u00e1\u017ee: praktick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokles l\u00edcn\u00edch kost\u00ed je d\u016fsledkem p\u016fsoben\u00ed n\u011bkolika faktor\u016f: na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b \u00fabytkem kostn\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b jako\u017eto p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho symptomu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b redukc\u00ed tukov\u00fdch vrstev. Jednou z hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din je v\u0161ak ztr\u00e1ta pevnosti a pru\u017enosti zygomatick\u00fdch sval\u016f. A jak v\u0161ichni v\u00edme, nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro obnoven\u00ed svalov\u00e9ho tonusu je gymnastika, nejl\u00e9pe v kombinaci s c\u00edlen\u00fdmi mas\u00e1\u017eemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cviky obli\u010dejov\u00fdch sval\u016f.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zygomatick\u00e9 svaly, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed mezi uchem a horn\u00edm rtem, doslova podp\u00edraj\u00ed oblast tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se o velmi tenk\u00e9 a jemn\u00e9 svaly, proto je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 je spr\u00e1vn\u011b procvi\u010dovat. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, abyste c\u00edtili, \u017ee je procvi\u010dujete, tak\u017ee se nemus\u00edte b\u00e1t m\u00edrn\u00e9 ztuhlosti nebo brn\u011bn\u00ed b\u011bhem cvi\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato cvi\u010den\u00ed lze prov\u00e1d\u011bt kdekoli a kdykoli (nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u011bhem reklamn\u00edch p\u0159est\u00e1vek p\u0159i sledov\u00e1n\u00ed televize nebo p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed auta). Stejn\u011b jako cvi\u010den\u00ed v posilovn\u011b je v\u0161ak nezbytn\u00e1 pravidelnost a odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na pokud chcete vid\u011bt v\u00fdsledky v rozumn\u00e9m \u010dase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvik 1: velk\u00e9 O.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se o nejprakti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed cvik v obli\u010dejov\u00e9 gymnastice, proto\u017ee krom\u011b zygomatick\u00fdch sval\u016f stimuluje v\u0161ech ostatn\u00edch 56 sval\u016f obli\u010deje (pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed, jedn\u00e1 se o typick\u00fd cvik herc\u016f p\u0159ed vystoupen\u00edm na jevi\u0161t\u011b). Za\u010dn\u011bte t\u00edm, \u017ee spust\u00edte ramena a narovn\u00e1te z\u00e1da (to d\u011blejte u v\u0161ech cvik\u016f). Otev\u0159ete \u00fasta, jako byste byli u zuba\u0159e. Tla\u010dte bradu dol\u016f, dokud nevytvo\u0159\u00ed tvar p\u00edsmene O, pak zakryjte zuby rty. V t\u00e9to poloze vydr\u017ete 15 sekund. Proto\u017ee nevy\u017eaduje pomoc rukou, m\u016f\u017eete je snadno prov\u00e1d\u011bt kdykoliv. A nevad\u00ed, \u017ee se na v\u00e1s kolemjdouc\u00ed d\u00edvaj\u00ed trochu nech\u00e1pav\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvik 2: velk\u00e9 O s mas\u00e1\u017e\u00ed.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Stejn\u00e1 pozice jako v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm cvi\u010den\u00ed. Nyn\u00ed se v\u0161ak op\u0159ete lokty o st\u016fl a rozev\u0159ete ruce do tvaru V. Polo\u017ete obli\u010dej na tuto oporu tak, \u017ee p\u0159itisknete l\u00edcn\u00ed kosti k z\u00e1kladn\u011b dlan\u00ed, a tla\u010dte trup dop\u0159edu a dozadu, jako byste plakali. Tlak rukou a pohyb zp\u016fsob\u00ed mas\u00e1\u017e v oblasti l\u00edcn\u00edch kost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e9to poloze se tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u201eMunch\u016fv v\u00fdk\u0159ik\u201c, proto\u017ee poloha \u00fast a rukou jako by kop\u00edrovala polohu postavy na slavn\u00e9m obraze mal\u00ed\u0159e Edvarda Muncha. Teprve pak m\u016f\u017eeme prvn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed opustit a tr\u00e9novat pouze to druh\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvik 3: \u00fasm\u011bv s pozvednutou l\u00edcn\u00ed kost\u00ed.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm tajemstv\u00edm, \u017ee jedn\u00edm z recept\u016f, jak z\u016fstat mlad\u00fd, je sm\u00e1t se. Sm\u00edchem spr\u00e1vn\u011b procvi\u010dujeme svaly: nen\u00ed n\u00e1hodou, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se m\u00e1lo sm\u011bj\u00ed, maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 smutn\u00fd obli\u010dej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak si nacvi\u010dit \u00fasm\u011bv s pozvednutou l\u00edcn\u00ed kost\u00ed? Rozt\u00e1hn\u011bte \u00fasm\u011bv do vodorovn\u00e9 polohy a trochu se napn\u011bte, dokud se l\u00edcn\u00ed kosti nezvednou na maximum. Jako v\u017edy vydr\u017ete v t\u00e9to poloze 15 sekund a pot\u00e9 obli\u010dej na dal\u0161\u00edch 5 sekund uvoln\u011bte. Cvik zopakujte p\u011btkr\u00e1t. Chcete-li si ud\u011blat p\u0159edstavu o tom, jak moc va\u0161e svaly pracuj\u00ed, zkuste se jich p\u0159i cvi\u010den\u00ed dotknout prstem: uc\u00edt\u00edte, jak jsou napjat\u00e9 a ztuhl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvik 4: \u00fasm\u011bv se zatla\u010den\u00fdm spodn\u00edm rtem.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed varianta \u00fasm\u011bvu se zvednut\u00fdmi l\u00edcn\u00edmi kostmi spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee nech\u00e1te l\u00edcn\u00ed kosti m\u00edrn\u011b klesnout a spodn\u00ed ret posunete nad zuby a p\u0159itla\u010d\u00edte ho k patru. Vydr\u017ete v poloze maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm tlakem po dobu 15 sekund a zbytek u\u017e zn\u00e1te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvik 5: \u00fasm\u011bv s jazykem vyplazen\u00fdm k nosu.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i druh\u00e9 variant\u011b p\u0159edchoz\u00edho cviku vypl\u00e1zn\u011bte jazyk a tla\u010dte ho nahoru, abyste se dotkli \u0161pi\u010dky nosu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jakmile se zygomatick\u00e9 svaly zpevn\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete zv\u00fd\u0161it po\u010det opakov\u00e1n\u00ed.
